Friedman Associates Day of Giving at P.I.N. Ministry
Several members of the Friedman Associates staff visited P.I.N. (People in Need) Ministry at the Virginia Beach oceanfront on November 8th to volunteer their time to help with some projects that needed to be completed. P.I.N. Ministry is a valuable asset to the homeless community and provides food, clothing, shelter, and free medical care for people who are either homeless or extremely poor. The P.I.N. Ministry mission is to address four pillars of needs which are medical, housing, recovery and training. They strive to not only be a resource that serves the needs of the homeless, but to provide a way for homeless individuals to get back into society.
With colder weather on the way, their greatest need right now is for quality men's gloves. Donations are always welcome, and they are getting ready for one of their most significant events of the year which is a comedy night which will take place on November 17th at the Sandler Center with comedian Louie Anderson.
